Easter is coming up...

there is one poetry for you..

CANDLE

It was dark

Darkness deeper than the dungeons of despertion

The doors were shut

All hope gone.

Chaos

Grace seemed like a myth

His followers hiding

Judas dead.

The women gathering spice

Exhausted, weeping, hopless

And the shadow of the evil one guarding the two

Flanked by demons and soldiers.

Can you hear his voice?

The power of death-

The final breath

It is finish

You are finished.

You thought you could just come here

My turf?

Might ground.

This is Earth

And I’ll never see the likes of you again.

I win.

What a fool to think you could defeat me

Let’s celebrate!

Every human stands to be judged

And they will fail.

Because I have the keys!

KEYS SLIDE

But the story not over….

PLAY CLOCK

Satan was about to strike up the band

It was time for the postgame show

The demonic mob was in place

But there was still time on the clock of redemption

Stanford Band Clip

“I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.” REV 1:8

The KEY OF Shame

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:2

The Key of Fear

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment.

1 John 4:18

The Key of Judgement

nHe canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

The Keys of Death

Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will be fulfilled:

n“Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?

Freedom

Hope

Forgiveness

The curse is gone

I stand is grace

The door is open

The debt is paid

Blood was spilled

Let freedom ring

Let truth be heard.

Let mercy sing

Let nations bow

Let all men see

Let truth be told

He holds the key
